After honing his skills as a facilities maintenance engineer for well-known luxury hotels, he mastered the art of working to tight deadlines while delivering exceptional results.

It was during his four years as an EMT for the NHS that he developed an even deeper sense of empathy and a unique ability to connect with people. This experience fundamentally shaped his client-focused approach, ensuring that every interaction is built on trust and a genuine understanding of our clients' needs. Today, he brings all of this experience to every home renovation, combining hands-on expertise with compassionate client service to turn your vision into a reality.

As the business’s "office-based magician," Grace is the heart of the pre-construction phase, ensuring every project gets off to a seamless start. Grace’s background as a pediatric nurse in a local emergency department instilled in her a unique ability to provide calm reassurance and compassionate care, even under pressure.
