2. Site Survey

Following our initial chat, we’ll arrange a convenient time to meet you at your property for a site survey. This is our chance to see the space in person and discuss your vision in detail. If you don't have existing drawings, we will carry out all the necessary measurements to gather the precise information needed to produce an accurate and comprehensive quote for your project.

3. Itemised Quote

Once we have a full understanding of your project, we will provide you with a detailed, itemized quote. We believe in complete transparency, which is why our quotes break down every single aspect of your investment. This ensures you have a clear picture of exactly where your money is going and can feel confident in your financial commitment to your project.

4. Contract

Once the quote and scope of works have been agreed upon, we will provide you with a comprehensive contract and customer pack. This document formally outlines every detail of your project and includes a clear payment schedule and all necessary warranty documents. This step is designed to provide you with complete transparency and peace of mind, ensuring that the entire project is built on a foundation of trust and mutual agreement.

5. Selections & Bidding

This is the stage where your vision truly begins to take shape. We’ll sit down with you to finalise all of your material and finish selections, from the flooring and cabinetry to the paint colours and fixtures. Following our meeting, we get to work on the logistics, gathering all necessary subcontractor quotes and scheduling them for the project to ensure a smooth, on-time build.

6. Building Control & Approvals

This is a critical, behind-the-scenes stage that we take care of entirely for you. If your project requires building control approval, we will manage all the necessary paperwork and organise any required inspections. This step is a key part of our commitment to professionalism, ensuring your project is fully compliant and legally approved before any physical work takes place on-site.

7. Scheduling

With all approvals in place, we will provide you with a detailed construction schedule. This document serves as a clear roadmap for the entire project, so you know exactly what to expect and when. 8. Construction

9. Final Walkthrough & Handover

Once construction is complete, we will walk through the completed project with you. We take the time to ensure every detail meets your expectations and that you are completely happy with the result. We will also inform you of all the necessary information, from the location of isolation valves to electrical points. With the final walk-through complete, we proudly hand the keys to your newly renovated property back to you to enjoy.

10. Warranty Period

Our commitment to you doesn't end when the project is complete. Every renovation comes with a 12-month warranty period, a testament to our confidence in the quality of our work. Should any issues arise during this time, we are fully committed to resolving them promptly. Drawing & Document Management

All project documents, from contracts and drawings to colour schedules, are saved in one central cloud-based location. Our team members, from a labourer to a site manager, have secure access to the latest information anytime, anywhere, on any mobile device. This ensures everyone is always working from the latest documents and drawings, which not only fosters greater transparency and collaboration but also provides confidence in every step of the project.

Programme

Our project programmes are meticulously stored and tracked within the software, giving every team member full, real-time visibility of the project's current status.
