This property had been vacant for three years and was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. All of its fixtures and fittings were extremely dated, and a collapsed ceiling in one of the bedrooms meant the property was uninhabitable. The client's main goal was to fully modernise the home to a high standard, enabling them to present it to the rental market and maximise their return on investment.

We began with a full strip-out of the property and a complete electrical rewire. Our team carried out extensive plastering work, including the professional installation of a new ceiling in the bedroom. We fitted beautiful oak veneer doors throughout and laid new carpets and laminate flooring, bringing a touch of modern elegance to every room. The renovation was completed with the installation of a brand-new kitchen and two full bathrooms with one featuring a stylish herringbone tile design. On the exterior, we demolished and relaid the patio, replaced the fascia and soffit, and made good several outbuildings.
