Warranty Coverage:
Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd warrants its services against structural defects and poor workmanship for a period of up to twelve (12) months from the date of project handover, as evidenced by the project handover form.
Covered Items:
This warranty covers defects directly resulting from faulty workmanship or materials provided by Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd related to:
Structural Elements: This includes load-bearing walls, foundations, framing, roofing structures, and other structural components installed or modified by Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd.
Workmanship: This includes issues such as improper installation, faulty finishing, and other defects arising from substandard workmanship in areas such as:
Carpentry
Plumbing (related to installations performed by Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd.)
Electrical work (related to installations performed by Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd.)
Painting and finishing
Tiling and flooring
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes, fires).
Damage caused by alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by anyone other than Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd or its authorized representatives.
Damage caused by changes in building settling or soil conditions unless directly attributable to faulty workmanship by Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd.
Items supplied by the client.
Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the work.
Consequential damages or losses.
Acceptance:
By accepting the services of Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Service Warranty Certificate.
Claim Procedure:
In the event of a warranty claim, the client must notify Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. The notification should include a detailed description of the issue, photographs if possible, and the Certificate Number.
Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd will then inspect the reported issue and determine if it is covered under this warranty. If the claim is valid, Stoneridge Construction & Interiors Ltd will, at its option, repair or replace the defective work at no cost to the client.
